In addition to its two advisors, Unity has an nine member advisory board that sets the club's agenda, facilitates programming and leads committees for special projects. The current members are:
Chad Sowald -- Webmaster
Chad is a fourth year computer science and engineering major. This past summer, Chad interned for NCR Corp, developing their intranet using Joomla!. He has previously interned for The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company and AOL. He loves to cook and actually has his own brownie company (www.chefchad.com). In his spare time he enjoys playing tennis and trying new foods. Chad is engaged to his high school sweetheart, Renae.

Ranya Elzein -- Communications Co-chair
I grew up in Upper Arlington, Ohio. I'm now a sophomore here majoring in political science and possibly arabic and I'd like to go to law school after college.
Duties: Administrative & Day Trips
Cheria Dial -- Advisor - Associate Director, University Honors & Scholars Center
Cheria is one of the founders of UNITY and she's extremely proud of what the organization has been able to accomplish since 2003. She loves her position with Honors & Scholars because it enables her to work very closely with so many talented and ambitious students. Cheria also loves being a mom; her son Jahi is a regular at UNITY functions.
Duties: Advises UNITY members that work closely with Cultural Programs Ticket Sales and the Dinner & Dialogue Series
Alysha Noorani -- Communications Co-Chair
Alysha is a second year psychology major. Besides Unity, Alysha is involved in research in the psychology department as a research assistant, the Morrill Tower Activities Board as the civic engagement chair, and Students For Recycling.
Duties: Communicate between members, send reminder emails, minutes and agendas.
